SHIPPING AND HANDLING

VIVAVIXEN aims to provide a seamless shopping experience, and part of that includes clear and straightforward shipping policies. Please review the information below to ensure you are aware of shipping processes and policies.

Processing Time - For bundles on hand, please allow a processing time of 2 business days. For clip ins please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. This business is run by one individual and I work extremely diligently to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Pickups/Dropoffs:  Pickups/Dropoffs are available throughout the GTA. All pickup and drop off inquiries would be attended to by Direct messaging on instagram or Email. Kindly do this prior to purchasing any of the extensions. This ensures that I am able to get the extensions to you by the date you need it!

Shipping Carriers : All orders are shipped via Canada Post and UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Refunds and Exchanges - Refunds or exchanges are not permitted. If there is an error on our end, I will take the necessary steps to correct it. Please reach out if you encounter any issues with your order, and I am always happy to assist.
